CliffB
Thanks again guys for your kind comments! I finally found some time last night to put some weathering on the little Vickers (and hence declare it finished ). I followed my usual weathering 'technique' of: a pale dry-brush over raised detail, a raw umber pin wash for the crevices, a 'filter' coat of matt varnish a liberal smothering of pastel dust It's all I know, but seems to work OK (as long as the scenario is arid, like the Chaco ). Thank you to all of you who have supported this build (especially Shermaniac and Col. as hosts), and to Sgt 'Billy Graham' Squarehead for persuading me that the Chaco War was not all about aircraft! There will be a few more photos in the Gallery. Cliff

Sgt.Squarehead
'Billy Graham'! Smashing finish Cliff, the tracks look great (I can't see the join at all) and the weathering really ties everything together beautifully. . Looks like I'm going to have to try to find you a 1/72 Carden-Lloyd Tankette.....Be a shame not to build the set now you've started!
