Fantastic builds Andy, and looking at the photos is like flicking through a top notch modelling magazine

And thanks for the links by some of them, I seem to have missed a few and it's an modelling education going through them

Eclectic and brilliant. There aren't many people who have an identifiable style like you do, it's really apparent seeing them all together.

Not entirely sure how to characterise said style - maybe it's like really nice illustration work? There's a background of smooth gradients and soft shading, hard lines between features, and all enlivened and enhanced with sharp contrasty detail work. The effect is that even the really dirty weathered models have a cleanliness about them - nothing degenerates into formlessness.

Great colours too - love the teal-and-cream Dragoon, not least because it reminds me of the 1970s/1980s DB livery :)

I know I've said this before but you really need to do a model gallery book!

Thanks Will. I've never really thought I had a style before. I guess you don't see things when you're so close to them. I can normally recognise photos your builds before I know you've done them.

I'll try and find time to get everything together and put them in a magazine next year

Andy good morning,my name is Angelo i'm from Rome.

I'm new in the forum,i just signed in few days ago.

The reason i'm here is because i was looking for some tutorials and i got to yours, wich define you are the master control program supreme modeler.

I basically enjoy painting scifi stuff,i mostly count to my steady hand who comes from my job,but i still have to learn a lot about colors and how to handle with them in a natural instinctive way.

Thanks a lot for the training, sorry everyone for my parenthesis.
