Scratchbuilder
Just finished a 1/24th scale model of an S.M.Hudson 60 foot modern leisure narrowboat. Made essentially of thin ply with brass, aluminium and styrene detailing. Measured off the real boat. Painted with specially matched Hiro paints which are superb in every way and well recommended. eddiesolo
She looks superb, great work. Takes me back to when I made mine: I made mine RC but ended up selling my boats due to illness. Nice to see yours.
Scratchbuilder
Thanks, chaps. I just heard from the client and he likes it, so all's well. Eddie, I think for R/C it would have to be 1/12th scale or it might be a bit of a cork on the water. Martin
