AndyC
Hi all. Managed 26 this year and I have 6-7 on the bench which (realistically) will see the light just after New Year. Was an interesting year...having been a confirmed aircraft modeller in 2013...two years later and I've done 1 in the whole year! I'm really enjoying my subs and AFV's although I will continue to model winged things, they will take more of a back seat as time goes by...maybe some cars in 2016? On to the models...thanks for all the support and encouragement from various BMers (you know who you are!) and a happy Xmas and a great modelling 2016...in order of completion... 1. MikeW
Love the diversity - all very interesting to look at. Maybe a dumb question, but what's the story with the Italian flag on a US submarine? Cheers, Mike
Stew Dapple
Nice collection Andy and a productive year's work One thing - the Trumpeter Aerosan has the picture of the Tamiya Stuart tank duplicated... Cheers, Stew

AndyC
Love the diversity - all very interesting to look at. Maybe a dumb question, but what's the story with the Italian flag on a US submarine? Cheers, Mike Hi Mike - Guppy 1B boats were especially adapted for sale to foreign navies only and 2 went to the Italian and Dutch navies respectively...hence the Italian flag...this one was called "Leonardo da Vinci" Nice collection Andy and a productive year's work One thing - the Trumpeter Aerosan has the picture of the Tamiya Stuart tank duplicated... Cheers, Stew Doh! Corrected - sorry
