Spitfire31
It's always a welcome boost to my national pride to see a SAAB product modelled in these pages, and especially when looking so carefully built and finished! Incidentally, one of the more impressive JAS 39 stunts at airshows is the low speed/high alpha pass, with the front wings fluttering. Just sayin'… ;-) Great modelling job! FelineTurbine
One of the most beautiful jets I think, the Swedish are always a but different ( but in a positive way).
vppelt68
One of the most beautiful jets I think, the Swedish are always a but different ( but in a positive way). Are there other jets that have canopies hinged on the port side? Beautiful plane indeed and a beautiful model of it! V-P

V-P The Gripen's forebear, the A 32 (attack), S 32 (recce) and J 32 (fighter) Lansen had a port hinged canopy, too. First flight 1956… Kind regards, Joachim
