Hobby Boss F4U-1 Corsair easy assembly

Recommended Posts

This is the Hobby Boss easy assembly 1/72nd F4U-1 Corsair. I built this a few years ago for a club build at IPMS Romsey. If memory serves me correctly, we all built the same kit, but in the markings of our choice. As you can see, I went for the easy option building it straight from the box including the decals.

Joe,the f4u STGB sounds a good idea I'm going to give it a go.

Great Allan. I saw you've joined the STGB. The Tamiya Corsair is a gem of a kit. I plan to build the 1/72nd Fleet Air Arm Birdcage Corsair. I'll keep an eye out for you in February. Joe

That looks great Joe. I thought it was 1/48th... Your usual sharp paintwork- particularly like those whitewall tyres. Cheers, Dave

Thank you Dave. It's a nice little kit. Joe
