Fatboydim Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 This is the Hobby Boss easy assembly 1/72nd F4U-1 Corsair. I built this a few years ago for a club build at IPMS Romsey. If memory serves me correctly, we all built the same kit, but in the markings of our choice. As you can see, I went for the easy option building it straight from the box including the decals. I've the Tamiya one in the same makings as above, but it's up the loft somewhere. Join the F4U Corsair STGB starting in February and build yours then. Lovely clean build Joe. looks great. The Tamiya Corsair is a gem of a kit. I plan to build the 1/72nd Fleet Air Arm Birdcage Corsair. I'll keep an eye out for you in February.
