I've always had a soft spot for the Hualien wing with it Aboriginal Sun on the tailplane.

The first Kinetic release is already in my stash, where this new one might join up, due mainly to the beautiful decal sheet.

But let's see what hasegawa will offer.

Well whatever else about the Kinetic kit with its slightly incorrect shape, that's certainly a very impressive decal sheet - is that what will be in the box?

Wasn't the nose problem solved by kinetic on the lattest F-16 release?

IIRC the first corrected nose kit was the F-16I Sufa, all after that should be the newer nose.

I'm almost certain it wasn't. They fudged it a bit to try to make it a little less visible, but it's not *fixed*.

if you have decals, it should be possible! the "bird slicers" IFF in front of the canopy are included, that is the main external feature of a current MLU...

others may know more (I am not sure about the undercarriage, Taiwan could use a stronger/ thicker version as they are later build machines )

Kinetic should lay off the artist who produced the boxart though; compare the colour of the two warning triangles on the forward fuselage to the Hasegawa boxtop photo
