Very interesting, but (or also!) a lot conversion work to do Havoc Mk I.

If we are talking on secret operations : is anynody know something on three US Invaders A-26C which were modified for krypton and xenon radiosotopes detection over Germany in Autumn 1944, to check if there is a nuclear reactor operating in Germany? More infos to this question here:

There is a High Planes kit, takes work but has nice panel detail and their kits are usually accurate. Even then you need the 4-gun nose, not sure if they ever did that variant but I know they did the 12-gun Mk.II version.

 

I've got a High Planes Havoc I on the backburner to make AW399.

DK decals have just released a set for 161 Sqdn showing Havoc AW399 as Medium Sea Grey overall. I wonder if they know better than the photo caption in the book or if they just decided for themselves based on an uncaptioned photo?
