A Question About Boeing RC-135s - CFM56 Powered Versions

I'm just about to start building Welsh Models' 51 Squadron RC-135W Rivet Joint and have noticed that the CFM56 powered versions of the USAF and RAF RC-135 fleets have what appears to be a black panel on the underside of the inboard starboard engine nacelle which, I suspect, may be an APU exhaust. If it is the case, is it recessed into the nacelle or faired with a mesh or grill? The engine nacelle itself appears to be the same shape as those used by the other three engines but would be grateful is anyone could confirm that this is indeed the case?

Curiously it looks like this fitting is peculiar to the white top versions of the 135 rather than the similarly equipped KC-135R tankers.

It is the cover panel for ground assisted engine starts. An air start cart can be plugged in there.

This is the best ground shot I have found of it. Looks like there is some sort of vent on it, or a ventilation scoop.

On my 1/72 build I will just paint this section of the nacelle black
