Gary West
ps - Whats with the rather extended nose wheel? The nose wheel will be set very slightly off centre, so I've drilled a corresponding hole in the wheel bay that accepts the brass rod nicely (will be cut down of course)

Uncle Uncool
Nice build, Gary! One question in order to gather info for my next build; didn't all GR.3s have a transponder bulge under the LRMTS nose during the Falkland War? Cheers, Unc2
Gary West
Im no Harrier expert Unc but I do believe you are right - my memory banks seem to remember reading that somewhere

Not all GR3s. Only those which had the Corporate fit. Corporate fit involved the said transponder bulge, together with modified outboard pylons (to allow a Sidewinder fit) and additional security hardpoints on the undercarriage (to stop them rolling off a carrier deck). Murray
Love a Harrier, as my signature suggests. Really like your work kit bashing those two together! It's turned out really nice

Oh, me sees. Thanks, Enzo. Say, was the Blue Eric ECM package, which was placed instead of the starboard Aden 30mm gun pod, and the chaff dispensers aft of the ventral airbrake, part of the Corporate fit as well?
