Looking for a 1/87 tractor driver, any suggestions?

Hello all,

I have a 1/87 tractor kit that I think would benefit from having a driver as it's completely open around the seat and steering wheel area.

I'm looking for a younger adult female figure, nothing sexy though clearly female.

So far, the few shops around me that cater to model railroading all seem to carry Noch brand figures. I was able to find one set of seated driver figures in the Noch range, set 15628, which contains a couple of female figures though one is clearly an old lady and the other obviously started life as a male figure and had a hasty pectoral "enhancement" done for appearances. I was nonplussed and struck it off my list of candidates.

Can anyone recommend such a figure from another range of figures that might fit the bill? Prepainted or unpainted is unimportant.
