William Marshall
A number of year ago, Humbrol made a booklet showing all the colours and possible mixes to obtain certain shades. I need a scan/copy for research purposes as it is not available from the agent or any shop in my country. Also searched the internet - no luck! Please make a scan available to me for research purposes if you have one! Best regards William [email protected]

rayprit
I think this is what you are looking for...............a bit dated now as it was a free insert in a popular magazine at that time, but does give many alternatives to rival paint companies...................4 Inserts courtesy of Airfix tribute forum..............4 links, 4 colour charts http://airfixtributeforum.myfastforum.org/Humbrol_Colour_Conversion_Charts_about32199.html
BillyB
Are you thinking of the Humbrol colour system that came in a small ring binder and gave the enamel mixes to make the authentic colour? Bill..
William Marshall
Yes, the one in the ringbinder!
Caerbannog
I have that. You need a scan of each page? I wish Humbrol would print this as an updated version with their current range and with larger paint chips.

Caerbannog
Nice to hear it worked. Just to compare - this is a German Humbrol colour chip chart from 1986 including the Historic Authentic range which sold for 2 DM: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1631577/Humbrol%20Archiv%201986.pdf And this is the paint chart facsimile from the RAF colours 1939-1945 with the same scanner and same settings: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1631577/RAF%201939-45%20chart.pdf So maybe it is useful for cross checking.
