Airfix 1/72 Whitley

Recommended Posts

Hi!

Here's my Whitley. It's painted using Tamiya Nato Black, and various other dark greys/black for shading. A lovely kit I recommend :)

Who needs fancy paint schemes with skills like that...fantastic....still doing mine in the "standard" scheme as I could NEVER carry off the black like you have done. Superb.

Hi Rune,

Excellent work sir,the subtle vsriatins in the black paint job are very well done. I know very little about the Whitley, those little propellers don't look big enough to get the lumbering old aircraft of the ground!

Cheers

Really nicely done. This is a top kit but does seem to require some modelling skills to get the sub assemblies together without the joins showing (Ask me how I know!). You have achieved this and your finish is excellent.

Top work!

Regards

Jim
