noelh Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Well it was the Victor B2 after all. The clues were all there. 1
jasman71 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Well, you know that resolution you make at the start of each year to cut down on stash spending... Nope, me neither.... 4
Nick Millman Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 I hope that the naysayers who jumped in with both big feet to pour scorn on a perfectly reasonable and mildly expressed speculation, especially the one who wasn't even interested in a Victor anyway, learn something from this. But I somehow doubt it. Nick 10
RobertF Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Indeed BIG news! I suppose this will mean I can send the two Revell Victors in the stash to the paper and plastic disposal containers. I'll keep all the AM stuff I have collected for them for the time being, however....
Admiral Puff Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Oh frabjous day! Caloo, calay! He warbled in his joy... Now all we need is for Mr Airfix to overhaul the Vulcan and bring it up to the standard of the other two. And who's going to be first with a B.1 conversion? 2
RobertF Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 And of course there's the announcement of a 1/48 Meteor F8. Yes, I can see one of my New Year resolutions for 2016 going down in flames even before the year has started! Oh well...
stevej60 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) And the countdown to the "It's the wrong Mk" begins 10-9-8-7........................................... Edited November 7, 2015 by stevej60 2
Spad Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Yaay! And if that CAD rendering is anywhere near close to the actual plastic it seems to be right on the money! 1
RobertF Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 You already can pre-order the Vulcan. Price 54.99. Release date is in 2016, but only just: 30th November. Perfect timing, of course. Let's hope they can reach that deadline; I can remember when the attempt to get a Dr Who set out in time for Christmas went horribly wrong...
