Making a T-62 Model 1967 from the Trumpeter kits?

Would I be correct in thinking that the best way to get a Model '67 from the Trumpy kits would be to nab the engine deck from the Mod '72 and put it on the Mod '62 kit?

I'm thinking along the lines of an Egyptian Mod '67 from the Yom Kippur War, so that would need the earlier style track and the 13 tooth drive sprocket which are in the Mod '62 kit.

I have Robert Manasherob's T-62 book as well as the Osprey New Vanguard volume.

On a related note, does anyone know when the Iraqi's received the North Korean Chonma Ho derivative? Pre 1991, or after? That way I can use the leftovers from the above parts swap!
