I believe that his intentions was to create some molds for vacforming. http://s1193.photobucket.com/user/DMacPhotos/library/Model%20Pics/C-130%20LAPES?sort=6&page=1 Probably not how the example above was done though. all I can think of for the suspension lines is appropriate sized thread or ez line maybe stiffened with white glue.
