Ryan Hothersall
The 1:72 Eduard L-39C Albatros built in the markings of the Ghana Air Force. This particular boxing is a dual combo with two kits and labelled as L-39 Albatros, Third World, so has mostly African and Middle Eastern markings. The first kit is the Ghanaian one and the second is still being built as a Lithuanian one.No issues with the Eduard kit, however I modified the head rest area of the seats so the canopy would fit in the closed position.Build PhotosColours used were Model Master 1732 Grey on the underside, while the top side is Revell 382 Brown and Humbrol 150 Green.L-39C-58 by Ryan Hothersall, on FlickrL-39C-59 by Ryan Hothersall, on FlickrL-39C-60 by Ryan Hothersall, on FlickrL-39C-61 by Ryan Hothersall, on FlickrL-39C-62 by Ryan Hothersall, on Flickr

jean
Beautiful and colourful scheme. It is a very gracile bird. Well done. The sad thing is that in Africa you see these aircraft often sitting on flat tyres in tall weeds by the side of a taxyway, somewhere North of the Zambezi... Excellent build JR
