ya-gabor
They are test examples! There is a lot of work to do, adjustment . . . and this is only the plastic! A kit has so many other things which need to be designed also. According to Annetra the release is planed (optimistic version) for Apr May 2019. Homebee
Source: http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?/topic/291804-annetra-designed-and-tooled-by-amk-148-mi-8mt-cad-images/&do=findComment&comment=2958125 Quote What about the Czech Annetra Mi-17 kit in 48 th scale? It was on display along with several sprues and bits and pieces. Some parts were visibly still missing, there was no weaponry as well as some structural elements. An interesting solution to have the TV3-117 engine bays and the main reductor housing as a separate part. It could even mean a fairly easy conversion into the early version, the original Mi-8 with TV2-117 engines. Next to the full built airframe was a cockpit / rear cockpit section as a separate “insert” element. The pilot cockpit looks very detailed with lots of parts which is essential since the Mi-17 canopy is big and one can see basically everything that is inside. The kit should be released in several versions each with different markings. For the first it should be as shown above, basically a European boxing. Hope that with time there will be a “pure fighter” version to represent Afganistan Russian airframes with lots of small extras. It could be an endless line with all those different users of the Hip helicopter. Best regards Gabor V.P.
Harold55
Hate to seem like I'm anxious to see this kit but I am anxious to see this kit! It appears that AMK's F-14 is now in production so my question is can this be far behind given the test sprues were out months ago. Hope springs eternal
