CedB
Having seen a triplet of trainers at the IPMS Avon Show* I decided to build this alongside my Tiger Moth for the group build. WiP here. Once again I seem to have been attracted to a 'challenging' kit and once again I didn't check BM before buying it. I would like to think that I have learned my lesson but a quick look at the stash indicates that I'm probably suffering from some sort of issue... Anyway, there's some reference details in the WiP so here are the pictures. Magister by Ced Bufton, on Flickr Comments welcome as always * Thanks to whoever built those for the inspiration
Stew Dapple
Good job there Ced, there aren't many kits of the Magister about, you might have got the worst one but it turned out looking nice Cheers, Stew

Andy Dyck
Top Model. Very nice built. Quite similar to the German Klemm-25!
CedB
Thanks chaps, very kind! Top Model. Very nice built. Quite similar to the German Klemm-25! It is isn't it? I was building this in parallel with a Tiger Moth for the group build and it's interesting how similar the two are... and then we saw a Bucker Jungmann at Duxford and that looks like... I guess people shared designs a lot more in those days!??

perdu
Oh boy Ced, she looks very much "the business" in mattcote Nailed her mate, you did that awfully ancient kit proud Well done Talking of similar designs at the stage she came out I wonder if these were the result of being on a design plateau What you could build, you did Whatever, this is a lovely, dainty little honey NEXT? Moth?

Gremlin56
Nice one Ced, You made a very respectable build out of a rather dubious kit :goodjob:
AdrianMF
Very nice indeed! And I like the green/brown camouflage colours - they look completely in the zone to me. I think there is something about your modelling or photography/lighting set up that makes the colours look very strange when you are building... Anyhow, it looks super Regards, Adrian
jean
Hi CedB, Eastern Express? Never, ever heard of that kit manufacturer. It would seems it is coming from a small factory just behind the Kremlin? But you did a grand job with a kit only a brave man would tackle! Hat down to you!
