thepureness Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 Hi chaps, just a little kit for you here Revell's 1/72 Hurricane MKIIc Trop. I had some decals left from an Xtradecal set and purchase this for £4 from a Trago mills store in Liskard when I passed by and wanted to try my hand at painting the middle stone, Dark earth over azure blue scheme used by the RAF during the northern Africa campaign. The was a very very quick build using Tamiya acrylic paints XF-60 lightened with white for the mid stone. XF-52 Earth again slightly lightened and xtracrylic azure blue. I did mess up the camo on the port side wing (hopefully you don;t spot it) Started the kit Thursday, and spent Friday and finished today Monday working on it, did nothing to the kit Saturday or Sunday, so hence built in 3 days.
