thepureness
What previously started as a practice kit which I had partly started to try out a different gloss and matt finishing products has probably turned into my best ever kits. All completed with Tamiya acrylics and tamiya X-22 gloss clear along with X-32 semi gloss clear to give it a good finish, I'm dead chuffed with the results, hope you guys like it

WildeSau75
Very nice build of the iconic Lightning! Good to see one which isn't in high speed silver. Makes a little different. Cheers, Michael
Beard
I have one of these on the stash... if it turns out half as good as your's, I'll be very happy indeed. Edited August 11, 2015 by Beard

Knight_Flyer
Very nice build and finish. the semi gloss has worked quite well. I was thinking the green was too dark until I saw the last two pics. Just goes to show how different light conditions can change the shade of a colour.

Learstang
Lovely build, indeed! I have to admit to being partial to the green over NMF (or was it High-Speed Silver?). At any rate it looks great. I really do need one. Regards, Jason

thepureness
added a little bit of weathering to the NMF areas, I know the belly often gets a little grubby, Before After
