jaw
I see that RVHP have released kits of the RAF Shadow and FAA Avenger, which interest me. But my question is has any BMer has built an RVHP kit and would appreciate their thoughts on accuracy etc. Thanks, John
scotthldr
I had two of their TA-7C conversion kits and they were crude to say the least and would've required alot of work in order to get a decent result, however the castings are a few years old now and they may have up'd their game. datguy
They can be built... But it isn't easy:
Freedom Models Martin
Yes they can be built and they do provide some kits that aren't available anywhere else. It's a question of having to or not. I like them especially their King Air kits.
jaw
I have now received the Shadow - rather expensive but looks pretty good. some flash on the resin but nothing that cannot be removed. Nicely detailed with white metal undercarriage. If you want a Shadow it is the only option - so far. John
Freedom Models Martin
Make sure you do a WiP
Don McIntyre
What's the Shadow?
jaw
Make sure you do a WiP If I knew how to I might do a WIP. But since it is likely that I will not do the Model for some time as my build rate is glacial, you may have a long wait! The Shadow is the name given to the RAF version of the Beechcraft RC12 aircraft. John
