Hi Houston. Great to hear from you! I'm very well, thanks. Are you 100% now?

Thanks to Houston's persuasiveness , I had another look at the Seafire images. They are generally similar to those already posted, but here is one more that might appeal:

I then thought that you might like to see some images that tell the story of the day, so here goes:

The Cessna Caravan camera-ship:

The side door that we shot through:

There's something very nice about the Seafire XVII but I can't quite put my finger on it. The full span wings, slightly longer nose and slightly larger rudder, it takes the best qualities of the IX and XIV and mashes them together tp produce the second prettiest in the Spitfire line (K5054 in blue obviously comes first!)

Great photos though, this has to be my favourite!

You really do spoil us with your excellent photos! That first pi of your addendum is brilliant - the moody weather contrasting so well with the two-tone camo, and then the extra pics that 'flesh out' your experience really top it all off!

I'm with you on that, Ben. I'm not madly keen on the Griffon-engined Spitfires, but this model of Seafire looks just right.

I'm blushing, Parabat! Thanks for the kind words. Just a little sunlight on the fuselage would have made the aircraft pop out of the image, but we can't have everything!!
