Everything in this thread has been built since January this year (I've made a return to modelling as a stress-reliever between pieces of uni work!) So without further ado, here they are...not upto much compared to most on here, but I'm quite proud of them... stevej60 Posted July 23, 2015 Share Posted July 23, 2015 (edited) Great build,s as far as I can see,It,s all about enjoyment, how far you want to pursue the hobby is a matter of personal taste with weathering/after market etc or just quick out of the box building but those build's are a great start welcome to the madness! To answer your question, Logical, the spotting effect on the 109 was accomplished by mixing a shade approx. 50/50 of the colour mixed for RLM 65 with RLM 02. Like yourself, I do this for a stress buster and so long as you enjoy it and like and take pride in what you turn out then its more than worth it.
