Jinxman
Hi, Here are a few from this year's Yeovilton display - warm and cloudy, the sun came out near the end, and good fun all around. Thanks for looking in and hope you like 'em, cheers

tonyot
Lovely photos, cheers for sharing them,......I like the Swordfish in its new colours too! Is the 2nd to last photo a head on shot of the new Wildcat or is it a Lynx wearing the two toned camouflage? Cheers Tony PS- Cheers Richard,.....I had just noticed the whacking great stabiliser sticking out on the left and realised it was a Wildcat, then read your kind update to confirm this. doozer1974
I was really disappointed with Yeovilton last year, seemed like lots of cancellations and no Red Arrows. Based on your pics (great shots all of them), looks like a much better line up this year. Thanks for sharing. Adam
JeffreyK
Thanks for posting, great photos! It was a cracking show, I'm still wading through my own photos... Highlights: Seeing the Super Etendard, Chinook display, lots of Vulcan howls, the big helicopter finale Jeffrey
Jinxman
Thanks very much for your kind comments - I was happy how some of the shots turned out as it was a little cloudy, Nice! What camera do you have? We had trouble getting my dad's fuji to focus in time! I use my trusty old Nikon D2Xs, about nine years old now but still going strong, it was a good show i watched it on planes tv live ,even thought am in falkirk !.. I like planesTV - watched the Cosford show on it 'cos the weather looked bad, even though I live around the corner, hi Adam, same here, last year's show was a bit disappointing, not helped by some no-shows. This year's was better, but it was still a little flat until the last hour and a half when it really got going. hi Jeffrey, loved the Chinook display as well, it was fantastic, and I loved the way the Typhoon responded to the Rafale display with even more power and tight turns, cheers
