Erwin
Hi all, The instruction from the first release (vertical STUKA box art)from 1976 call for an overall "green" plane. But I'm very unsure that this is correct. AFAIK all STUKA's had the splinter sheme. My guess is that in 1976 black/white pictures were used not showing the dark green / black green sheme well. Would the overall green plane be historical correct ? Edited July 9, 2015 by Erwin
Deanflyer
I think I've posted this link before, but it might help people this time round. A walkaround of the Me-109E in Hendon to show some close up details that you don't ordinarily get a chance to see... http://www.arcair.com/awa02/1001-1100/walk1019-Bf-109-Large/00.shtm It was research for my Matchbox 1/32 109 I did a few years ago: Cheers, Dean
Troy Smith
Hi Erwin don't know if you got an answer, but, no, AFAIK all Ju-87 had RLM 70/71 uppers. 1976 was still the dark ages as far as popular knowledge of Luftwaffe camouflage went. stevej60
Hi folk,s just tried something new(for me) might be something the many Hurricane builder's here might be interested in,just to get away from the decal option on the upper wing, mask, paint with suitable black making sure you capture some of the straight edges and there it is looks better IMHO if you plan to weather.
