VG 33 Posted July 2, 2015 Share Posted July 2, 2015 Hello I have seen the time has run very fast and I am not able to finnish my Latecoère 290/294 before the deadline. That's why I have started yesterday this tiny aircraft which some silly top brass had thought to make a fighter from a racing airplane in the late 1930's. Actually they were flown by Polish fighter pilots during May/June 1940 and they did make good use by downing some Luftwaffe aircraft. So far I have painted and built the cockpit. VG 33 Posted July 8, 2015 Author Share Posted July 8, 2015 Hi Some progress today with the closed fuselage then I glued the lower side of the wing taking care of the angles with the fuselage and finally with the upper parts. Ready to paint : First the rudder in white for the falg and the inside color around the canopy : Next pre-shading with black : The first color of the camouflage : Light blue grey Later the Dark blue grey, the brown and the green And finally an overall gloss coat. BS_w Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 Bonsoir, trés belle peinture, à cette échelle c'est un tour de force! la bande "marche pied" sur l'aile était semble t-il en alu "pointe de diamant", pas en caoutchouc collé ou antidérapant peint.
