cjhm
Finished this one yesterday. Tamiya Porsche 911 Turbo kit in 1/24, nice easy build; the kit is kerbside (no engine) and is 'snap fit' for most main parts but I used glue where necessary. Main paint is Tamiya TS-50 Mica Blue from rattle can, first time I've used these and was very impressed, the fine spray compared to my usual Humbrol acrylics meant the paint lasted longer; I only used one can for 2 coats of the body and underside plus mirrors which were painted separately. Black is done with permanent marker, number plates were home made printing on photo paper. Hope you enjoy, more of my models here: https://cjhm.wordpress.com/ and here: https://twitter.com/cjhm_models/

speedy
Ah this reminds me of mine, got rid of it because I didn't like the gearstick, traded it for an MG Metro (believe that if you will). Great model of a dream car.
bigbadbadge
Great looking Porsche, could do with a real one of those in my garage, dream on!!! Nearly bought one a few years ago 1979 3.0 litre SC in Guards red with wide arches but no whale tale, but the missus dragged me away kicking and screaming to a garage that sold sensible cars in her words, ended up with a first series Seat Leon, very nice car but not the same !!! Rishi
Very well done paint finish is fantastic. The black marker is a nice idea. Otherwise there is lot of masking for this kit. Cheers, Rishikesh
