Reini78
Here´s one of my dad´s older builds, THE classic German medium bomber. My dad didn´t want to do the usual 70/71 camo, so it has become a desert version. Revell Germany kit with Aeromaster decals, Gunze and Tamiya acrylics, Humbrol Matt Cote. Still a good kit, only critical point is the glassnose to fuselage connection. Found no pic of the original aircraft. It´s a bit of a mystery. Maybe "Error"master has striked again. According to the fuselage code the a/c was assigned to Stukageschwader 3 in Lybia. But looking at the scorpion badge on the front it was also with Sonderkommando DORA, a scientific/geological/cartografing mission in the Lybian desert. Also not sure if it was a H or P model, there´s a ProModeller 1/32 He111P kit with these markings. But it looks good in that dress :-) and a fitting truck of Sonderkommando DORA, Tamiya 1/48 oob

doozer1974
That is a beautiful Heinkel, bet it's a bit of a beast in 1/48! I built an Italeri 1/72 one of these in a similar desert scheme a few years back, not a patch on this one though! Yet another

Knight_Flyer
Nice, very nice... and the Heinkel doesn't look bad either. Only joking Both models are excellent builds and look great. Desert camo's in particularly a favourite of mine.
