Mainly building OOB, with just the addition of the Eduard Zoom set for a few extra details such as seatbelts. Hammasphee Posted July 9, 2015 Author Share Posted July 9, 2015 Been a little slow in getting going (mixture of work, catching up after hols and the daunting prospect of a not entirely brilliant kit...) I am unashamedly pinching ideas from Hovis' build as what he has done with the interior looks rather smart - apologies and thanks! First up however was my first (somewhat woeful) attempt at rescribing raised panel lines. Let's see how these turn out after a coat of primer, but I'm not hopeful... Have done a lot to try and bring the cockpit upto a better standard, and reasonably happy with the results so far. Hammasphee Posted August 31, 2015 Author Share Posted August 31, 2015 Been very lax in this I'm afraid - a mixture of work and dread at the amount of work needed to this frankly terrible kit. But I've steeled myself over the weekend, and have the cockpit finished! Helped by being hit by the lurgee this week, construction of the airframe is now complete, along with filling and masking.
