rio
Hi does anyone know a supplier of cloth or paper 120 mm British regimental flags. Need one for a figure and my painting is just not up to it.
Giorgio N
As figures are not my area, I have no idea ! However I may suggest printing your own as done here: http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234983744-scale-flags/#entry2019479 IMHO the result can be very convincing and printing decals at home is not too difficult given the right printer and the right paper

AndrewE
Sorry, but I have never come across any 120mm regimental flags. Even in other scales my experience is that the flag you want is never amongst the ones available. The only 120mm flag I have made was drawn in very large scale before scanning it and reducing in size before printing out. At least this way the fact that some of my artwork was not the best was lost in the resizing.
Niall
I would suggest drawing the flag with a vector drawing program, as these do not have the problem caused by the pixel size used by .bmp and .jpg files. I use Drawplus from Serif, although this is not a free program there is a downloadable free version. I've used the software to design water slide decals and PE using this program. Link to free version - http://www.serif.com/free-graphic-design-software/ The ensign in the photo below was made in this way(the model is 1/72nd scale). It is printed on inkjet decal film.
