Felixstowe Finished!

Recommended Posts

Many thanks to all,

I'm bowled over by all the kind comments. It's just as well you can't see it in the flesh and see all the blobs of glue & fingerprints :)

Hopefully catch up for that beer one day soon. I'm back for the sim in Sept, at Burgess Hill.

Take care and I'm looking forward to seeing the Felixstowe in the flesh at Telford.

Thanks Mark, don't you just love the sim?! :(

I'll be floating around at Telford hopefully :)

Guy,

What are you planning next?

Bryan,

Thanks again for my award - I'll have it mounted on card, put a pin through the back, and wear it proudly to the pub :)

I'm planning on a little light relaxation and building a simple 1/48 Tamiya Thunderjet - minimal parts & no rigging! (I have a 'thing' for natural metal finishes) But I have just ordered a Brisfit... Apologies but nothing seaplane related..

Cheers

Guy

I'll keep my comment short as there's little I can add that hasn't already been said...

That is a scale work of art. Absolutely beautiful. Great work - awe-inspiring.

Thanks :)

Gorgeous. Will it be at model club next month? I bet it looks even better in real life.

Hello John,

Depends on work, but if I'm free I will do..
