alex_stela
Hi! Here`s my latest model - not my first, but first on Britmodeller. It`s Airfix` A03059 - Shorts Tucano T.1. made "out of the box", except resin ejection seats from Pavla. This kit is very simple and needs some work. Making it took me approx. 20 hours. Thinning of trailing edges is necessary here, not only because they are too thick, but also because there is a need to relieve the back of the model (even full load of lead in the front may be not enough). Best regards! Alex Edited November 4, 2020 by alex_stela new links to photos

Spitfire31
Very neat and convincing model indeed! And the black finish looks just perfect. I assume that you're using automatic white balance on your camera. That is less than ideal in the studio, with artificial lighting. I'd suggest that you take a moment with the manual of your camera and learn how to set the white balance manually against a sheet of white paper. Then your photos will have consistent colour through the series, instead of alternatingly yellow, or purple, or orange colour cast. ;-) Kind regards, Joachim

FatFlyHalf
Outstanding! I looked at this and imagined I could climb into the aircraft and fly over the west Welsh hills at 250 feet. If only I were still young and foolish enough to think I was any good at flying..... Edited May 21, 2015 by FatFlyHalf

Knight_Flyer
Very nice build. Seems like Airfix has a problem with trailing edges being too thick, I noticed that too on their Defiant model.
