Spitfire31
I do like Skyvans and yours is a very convincing rendering with an unusual livery. Top marks! Kind regards, Joachim

Kampartiger
Smashing skyvan...always wanted one but none were available in the local hobby stores from the very first day Airfix introduced it into the market.I guess it was so popular!Coming back to the Nepalese Skyvan,it could have become a useful asset during the recent earthquakes, if any example of it still exist that is!
AdrianMF
Thanks for all the comments. It does look a bit odd sitting between a Defiant and the DH88 Comet. I believe the Nepal Skyvans have long since ceased flying - one was written off after a take-off accident. FWIW I picked this one up off Ebay for £5.50 + P&P. Box was a bit scruffy and the decals were very '70s but the plastic was perfect! I watched two or three bidding wars go up to about £15 before this one came along.
