Pablo
Hi, well, A friend is working in a lizzie from Airfix, from Nº 4 Squadron. In the box Airfix include decals with the serial number L4752 , but in this profile the serial is L4792 and according to xtradecals also is 4792, this is a lizzie based on Monchy-Lagache france 1939, so.. someone have seen a picture of this plane ? the correct serial is L4792 ?many thanks
Ossington 2
L4752 served with (in order) 4 Sqn,, 6 AACU, then 7 AACU before crashing into trees 'in forced landing near Blackdown 14.7.41' whereas L4792 served with 416 Flt., 613 Sqn, 13 Sqn., 6 AACU, 9 Gp AAC Flt. and finally 116 Sqn. before becoming an instructional airframe, as 3932M in 7.43. So, L4752 looks a better bet. Source: Air-Britain L1000-L9999 File pp30-31.
