tamiya 1/350 USS enterprise - photetched parts

Recommended Posts

Hi, guys,

I own a wonderful tamiya 1/350 USS enterprise kit, does anybody know whether there are some good photo etched parts for thsi huge model and how much do they cost?

I would not like to spend a lot of money , considering the already challenging kit ...

thks !

G.

I think Toms Modelworks produce a set for it. Not sure of the price though and they are based in the US so postage needs to be taken into account too.

Since the demise of White Ensign Models, none of these sets are that easy to get hold of and they can be quite expensive. The only other option is to keep an eye on Ebay or the like as they do pop up occasionally.

I take it you mean the Polar Lights kit,at that scale?

Which version of the \Enterprise is it?

GMM make a nice set for her as well, a bit pricey but very high quality.

Indeed, very difficult to find them, at least at reasonable price. am not so sure to want them, i do believe you could get mad for mounting them on kit
