I did wonder whether to bother with painting the whites of the eyes - on the 1/72 and 1/48 figures I've done I don't usually paint them - I just rely on the washes on the faces to give the impression of the eyes. I may go over these 1/35 ones as you are right - I don't like the 'staring' look! Thank you for the advice.
