Looking for Build Articles on Tamiya 1:32 Mitsubishi Zero - Any Mark

Hi Folks,

Yep, I'm looking for any build articles on the excellent Tamiya 1:32 scale kits of the Zero. Can anyone also confirm if the 1:32 build article in the Osprey modelling book on the Mitsubishi Zero covers the Tamiya kit or a n other ?.

Aces High magazine "The Empire of Japan" issue (issue 3) has a 14 page build article featuring the Tamiya 32nd Zero.

Try the website Large Scale Planes, there are plenty of Tamiya Zero online builds there.

Guys,

Thank you all for your most valuable inputs.......I was not aware of the Aces High magazine series in spite of thinking I keep up to date with most things in the hobby so I am most grateful for the 'introduction' to this particular line. The build article on LSP also looks like a great source of ideas and inspiration too.

To answer your other question, "Modelling the Mitsubishi A6M Zero," (no. 25 in the Osprey Modelling series, by Brian Criner) does indeed include a build article on the Tamiya 1/32 A6M5.

Mr. Criner himself did a very impressive build in bare-metal captured markings, complete with full riveting and "stressed skin" effects. Several photos of it grace the book's front cover.
