Again i saw a pic online of something similar can;t remember where it was butit was a great build. Again apart from the Seahund and the figures everything was scratch built the building, crane, rail cars, and so on . I've got the Seehund waiting to be built and I was thinking of adding a wooden cradle like yours but I think maybe just on a simple harbour base. For a scratch build it looks fantastic, I know what you mean about them being pricey, I manadged to get the one I'm doing for £31, on looking in the box I think was a fair price.
