wayne 0
Looks alright from my couch. Shame about the gun barrel. I have now cut 8 off, and placed them in the bin. Guaranteed that the next one I make will suffer the same fate as yours and I will lose it to the floor Gods. With no spares. You will sort this easy.
06/24
Yes, tube replacement fitted last night. Its now basically finished, apart from needing to sort the canopy.
06/24
A shot showing the damage more clearly. Not sure if I should put it in the Gallery as is, or wait for the replacement canopy. 06/24
Well it looks like I won't be building an RAF Tomahawk anytime soon. The one in the stash has been snaffled by 06/24 junior, who, given the choice between building Roald Dahl's Gladiator, a Red Tail Mustang, or a shark plane - chose the shark Building the Shark by jongwinnett, on Flickr Shark progress by jongwinnett, on Flickr I'm very much on the sidelines for this one

However, waiting for a primer coat to dry would have slowed production!
dazdot
Now that's what modelling is about. A smiling face and someone who is proud of what they've achieved well done. It looks really good
06/24
So Kieran had his first shot with an aerosol last night, application a bit heavy but looking the biz. Even his mum was impressed! Untitled by jongwinnett, on Flickr

06/24
It looks like the replacement canopy isn't going to arrive before the end of the build. Is the Hawk worth putting into the gallery as it is, warts and all?
Procopius
But of course, mon ami. No, wait, this is Britmodeller. Naturally, old top!
