richellis
Well I doubt the 100% new, but as the MP4 was new from the ground up lets hope so. Nice to see the Scania up-dated to the new Streamline spec too, glad I didnt splash out on the KFS resin conversion!

PMG Offramp
Well I doubt the 100% new, but as the MP4 was new from the ground up lets hope so. Nice to see the Scania up-dated to the new Streamline spec too, glad I didnt splash out on the KFS resin conversion! How could it not be a 100% new mould ? That version is the latest generation Actros, never yet released in 1/24. AFAIK it shares nothing in common with the previous generation (at least stuff like body panels, lights, cabin. The engines however may be related to the ones on the previous generation, not sure), so if it's a 100% new mould like their Iveco Stralis, it's going to be hugely niiice ! fallmonk
Anyone got a date on this ? I know it's the cover kit of the italeri 2016 realise catalogue
richellis
Nope, but after the wait for the stralis, doubt it will be this year, Mercedes will have the mp5 out first! And as for it not being new mould as italeri didn't do an mp3, they did, slightly altered cab/ bumper mouldings. Remember the Volvo FH series uses the very old F series chassis, that's completely wrong. Italeri uses older chassis under new cabs a lot so that's why I say that.
