Spookytooth
A wonderful looking Tiger, especially on that scale. The 20p bit shows how wee it is but great work there Stix. Simon.

PlaStix
Thats looking realy amazing Stix, lovely job as always! You can use some filters (much much thinned base colours mix for example) to dull down the decals, but be careful and do not overdo, let the layers dry for long enough time, so you can see the opacity when it is dry Now i dont know much about Tiger II ofcourse (but probably someone around ll tell if i m right or wrong), but IF the Tiger II had some radio equipement, you could use some thinn wire (or painted fishing line) to make some antenna (on the turret and/or on the back side). It is just an easy detail but brings some more life Hi Wolwe. Thank you.And thank you for your suggestions about the decals and aerials. I'll give the filters a try but, like you suggest, I'll apply them thinly and slowly. With regards the aerials; I've seen some photos of King Tigers with two - one on the turret and one on back right-hand side. I'll see what I've got that I can make some from. A wonderful looking Tiger, especially on that scale. The 20p bit shows how wee it is but great work there Stix. Simon. Hi Simon,Thank you for your comments. These Dragon kits are finely detailed and I think that contributes to making them look bigger than they are. Stunning build with this very nice paint job and a careful weathering. Looks great. Thank you Bernd.Kind regards, Stix

I'm going to get the 1/72 Tiger 1 finished before I do the figures but I might get some photos into the gallery as a place-holder.Kind regards, Stix
PlaStix
I think this one is about done. I've toned down the decals as Wolwe suggested and done some extra touches of weathering. I still intend to add some figures and make a small vignette/diorama base but they'll have to wait while I still carry on with building the other tanks and finish the two Spitfires! I took some photos this morning but I'll get some better photos sorted for the gallery - hopefully tomorrow. Comments and suggestions welcome. JackG
You have done an awesome job here, really knocked it out of the park. Very well presented in the photos too. I can't take credit for the carpet grass, as it was one of the other members here that gave me that idea. Oddly enough, they too presented it with a 1/72 vehicle, a Sherman I believe it was. regards, Jack

I had a fun time building this one and am thoroughly enjoying making my current Tiger 1(s). I think I might be a Tank-aholic as well as a Spitfire-aholic! There's no hope for me! Thank you again.
