(the resin conversion set made by RVHP is crude, thick, expensive and long out of production)

Converting the Hase F9F-8 into -6 needs skilled surgeon.

Parts break down look very similar to the old Hasegawa F9F-8, bar the F9F-8P version nose, nice to see another under-kitted aircraft get released.

Pretty much love the Hasegawa kit - except for the cockpit. Will be interesting to see how the Hasegawa nose fits the Sword kit - or if it's even worthwhile.

Just what I was thinking, the Hasagawa kit, despite its age looks like a better mold. This looks like a nose job. Does anyone do a Cougar interior?
