Mancunian airman
I have the Italeri Dak that I want to complete as 'RAF Transport Command'. I shall need to carry out a little research into the colours. I shall probably start this in the latter part of the July-December date-line due to other builds etc. Ian
helios16v
I may actually be able to take part in this as the timing coincides with a Midway GB I'm going to be building a SBD Dauntless for.
wayne 0
I am interested in getting on board with something Italian. Mc200 or Re2000 or 2002.
Jb65rams
Think I have come to a decision on this one. Will either be Martin B-10 (Wright Cyclone) or Servesky P-35 (P&W Twin Wasp). Both are Williams Brothers kits.

CliffB
I can't believe that's just over a month to the start of the GB I'm firmly settled now on a couple of subjects (both 1/72) - a Special Hobby Lockheed 10 Electra and this little beauty: Both in Yugoslav civilian schemes. Cheers Cliff
milktrip
A month?! I'm thinking about a coca cola sycamore: http://www.helionline.net/photogallery/9/58/3011.html using the S&M models kit. Finished one recently and had a lot of fun, but will I finish in time..? another option is a flettner 282, smaller and I'm more likely to complete this. As much as I would like to do the coca-cola sycamore, I may leave this for another time as I'm not sure about the "coca-cola" logo. I have a set of decals from virages, but they may need some modifying and trimming. decisions...
Colin W
I thought milktrip would be in with an S55 or a whirlwind. ? I'm planning to join with an Airfix Walrus if I can get one. If I can't then it's tamiya Swordfish. Colin
milktrip
I was considering the whirlwind, Colin. However, I've decided to build a 'Zero'... yes a plane!!?? Thought about a gloster Gladiator but I don't think I'm ready for all that rigging... Walrus would be nice Colin!
milktrip
@Colin W you could always save the airfix Walrus for the flying boats GB?
Black Knight
Better still; buy two and do one in each GB

Black Knight
I'm limiting my choice to something small; Bristol Bulldog TM T6 Harvard Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter A.W. Siskin IIIDC
Colin W
I see the Walrus is in this month's Airfix workshop so let's see if I can get one. Meanwhile I'll make a start on the swordfish. Only 2 weeks to go. Colin
PhantomBigStu
Not another bleeding GB. Still a single engined fighter is a pretty simple task so be easy to slot one or two in. Better get myself an eduard hellcat. Put that one off for a while
rob85
I thought I had entered this, how odd definitely voted for it!! Anyhow count me in with three corsairs. Rob
PhantomBigStu
Hi again, realised I'm neglecting the luftwaffe in my buids so I must join in with some FW190's at some point, know the eduards the kit to get but which of them come with markings lacking mottles?
rafalbert
I'm in with an old Revell (Matchbox) Beaufighter. I have a Matchbox thing going on at the moment.
theplasticsurgeon
I've been asked to build a model of this - which has a radial engine I've got Heller and Airfix kits to choose from, and a load of leftover decals. I also want to make a model of this: And have a Hobbyboss kit. Edited July 15, 2017 by theplasticsurgeon More info
