Wot they all said, a truly stunning piece of modelling in every way, the more so for being a vac form & one of my favourite turbo prop airliners. Pure modelling magic.

Kev

That is one of the best models I have ever seen you have really set the bar at an all time high, a level I can only wish to aspire to.

Many thanks for the build thread and end product superb

Really an outstanding model!

Even more impressing if you know that it is made from a vacu kit.

Best regards,

That is probably the best looking "civilian" aircraft model I have seen in a long while . Very well done mate

That, sir, is spectacular.

My modelling mojo is always at low-ebb this time of years and your Vanguard has brought quite a smile to this old model makers face....

Hat's off to you and I think I will just go and hoist a glass to a real work of art.

Happy New year!

That is just stunning ! i absolutely love it

Very very well done

I have to say you really put all the ''moaners'' and rivet counters on this ( and other sites) into perspective for me,

I just wish i could see that model in the flesh as it were

Congratulations

Fantastic build I bet there are not many 72 Vanguard models knocking about built to this standard - it's a pity the real thing did wear some of the colourful livereis it's older sister did, but that is not your fault. Well done great build.

That is an incredible model. It reminds me of the Nimrod, and before now I was completely ignorant to its existence.

Nice work, I hope we see more next year!

Superb build, not a detail missed, it looks like you shrunk the real thing down to 1/72!
