Well I was planning to enter using Revell's 1:72 He 111 but I find its a H-6 and although it was in service during the BoB it didn't take part in raids against UK till early 41

Now question to members more knowledgeable than I. Would a H-6 pass as a H-5 or earlier? If so anyone know of any suitable After Market decals?

After changing my plans from an aircraft from the Bof B film i wou7ld like to do a small diorhama of Bf 109E-4 White 6 Wn1985 piloted by Heinz Schnabel which made a forced landing at banks Farm ,Aldington, Kent on the 5th September 1940.

Hope to do this as the damaged aircraft surrounded by sheep useing the Eduard kit in 1/48

Mish, as it's a rebox of the Hase kit, it may contain the parts for an earlier -H Heinkel; I'm not sure what sprues are or aren't included.

No idea what to build, I think the LHS has an airfix 109e in 1:48... I guess I'll just *have* to pick that up then

Haven't decided yet on what to build for this GB. Maybe a fighter that needed a fighter escort itself?. 90% chance on something in splinter camo, Guess there will be plenty of Spits and Huricanes from other participants in this GB

I'm in!

Not finished a wingy thing before and have a 1/72 Airfix Me109E from the starter set which has decals for Obit. Werner Pichon-Kalau von Hofe, III./JG 51 in France 1940.

A quick Google search confirms this is fine for the Battle of Britain so I'm good to go.

Also have some resin bits and bobs I intend to add.

Definitely in with some 1/72 builds.Defiant( if released), Spitfire and Hurricane but want to put a local twist on a couple either north east pilots or Usworth/

Acklington based aircraft or 607 squadron aircraft.

I would like to do the Classic Airframes Fiat CR.53 but fear I will not finish it in time - so more likely will be the 1:48 Airfix Hurricane in markings of James Brindley Nicholson VC. Markings will be done with masks, canopy kept close and as OOB as possible this time. Even I should be able to finish this in short time...

Would attempting my first 1/24 scale inbetween filming and camping be a terrible idea?

Yes? Perfect!

Give me a few days to consider, and then I'll confirm my plan. I fear I have missed a rules post; if I have done so, I apologise, but I must ask. Are dioramas accepted?

Encouraged, in fact.
