Pin
With recent offering from AModel this primitive and very inaccurate kit becomes utterly obsolete. I need however to finish what I started some two years ago.HistoryCurrent state of things Edited January 4, 2015 by Pin
SleeperService
I like your attitude Sir! It's something I'd love to build in 48th as well.

Pin
Thanks for the kind words! While being in a storage the plane felt down, broke its wing and one of fins, something has been torn inside and rattling now - I think it is one of the seats in a cabin. Repair on the way I decided to close the door Stabilizers were way too thick to the fresh eye - big file to the rescue A coat of white primer While working mainly on surface (read sanding and resanding over and over again) added some details - flap rals, trim tabs, wing fences etc. Each stabilizer should have 23 and each fin 15 vortex generators each of which is about 1mm high and 1.2 mm wide in scale - going to be fun

Pin
Gloss white applied. I have been never and still not able to do that properly Vortex generators. 23 on each canard and 15 on each fin 1 mm in length. Printed on office paper, soaked with liquid super glue and sanded Painted with wheels that are resin copies of I don't really remember what Exhausts. Ken - thanks for the idea Printed custom decals. AModel sheet helped a lot with the design but I wanted a different machine and the geometry must also be adjusted With a trepidation I removed the masks that were in place for almost two years. Things could be worse. I thought one of cabin seats went lose, unfortunately it is a cockpit seat an it is clearly visible through cockpit windows
