coronado
Hi everybody,Here is my new Suchoi T 49 from AMODEL, again a tricky kit, difficult to put together, but the result was worth the challenge : look at the plane !!!Putting the air intakes together was the hardest part of the kit, they must fit very nicely and be absolutely symetrical.A side view : We can recognize the SU-9 except for the long nose :View from the front : astonishing design !!!And a last pic showing the little family, from top to bottom :SU-11, T-49, SU-9U and SU-9A bientot,Critics and comments always welcomePierre
Flankerman
Nice T-49 Pierre..... and nice collection showing the evolution of Sukhoi jets. All you need now is a Su-15 to complete the lineup.... Ken

CarLos
Very nice family reunion, Pierre. I know what you mean by "tricky", as the T 49 is one of the kits I've been patiently cleaning and trying to make all things fit. Did you use Alclads for painting? coronado
Hi CarLos, I don't use Alclads. I use HUMBROL 27008, that's all, very much diluted (2 coats usually). The weathering was done by using Tamiya pigments, pencil and china ink.
