Max Headroom
Spotted this in the Liverpool Echo. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/d-day-landing-craft-raised-wirral-7938679 Notice that the default owners were Peel and that this vessel was part of the same collection as the doomed (?) HMS Plymouth. I don't know too much about naval vessels, but even I can appreciate that this is the last surviving British built landing vessel to have taken part in D Day. At least she will be well cared for now. Trevor
Black Knight
Thats good news. The ships seem to be the forgotten sisters for preservation.

Max Headroom
That's good news. Here she is in 1972 when her career as the "Good Ship Landfall" began. For decades she was berthed in various docks in Liverpool as a floating bar/nightclub. http://vintagephotosonline.co.uk/product/art-prints/27928/the-clubship-landfall-formerly-tank Trevor
