This is the hasegawa kit. Liveries Unlimited Decals. Model represents Emirates' second 777-200, A6-EME, delivered in 1996 and still in the fleet.

Nice job Bill,

I have a Minicraft one on the bench (different livery) and the instructions tell me to do the gear legs and wheel wells white. What colour did you do yours?

Very nice. I agree about the lovely subtle weathering, airliners do need it but not that awful pre-shading nonsense, yours is right.

superb - nice gentle approach to the weathering too. The Hasegawa Loveliner range are great kits and your build has really turned it into a masterpiece - it hides its scale well

Very, very nice.

I'm just launching into adding a bit o' grime and smudge on mine. Yours is like a text book "How to". Stunning.

Cheers,

Mike

That's very good indeed. I think that's just the right balance of the pin sharp clean livery and the slightly used look.

Bravo!

Well, that's about the best civil airliner model I've ever seen. Great livery, beautiful aircraft, perfect weathering. Top job all round! I'm flying in an Emirates 777 next year as well, so I love it even more :)

Lovely job Bill.

The Hasegawa kits are certainly well done and those decals look very nice too.

.......The Hasegawa 1/200 scale

is perfect for widebodies.

Happy modelling,

Ruben

They are perfect for all airliners, so much so I've often considered abandoning 1/144 and moving to the smaller scale, I just wish there was a bit more variety (eg A330/340, 757 etc..). But they only model what the main home carriers have - looking forward to their A350 then!!!!
